At Atlas Coffee Club, we want you to love your morning brew; however, since coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. If your order is damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, please reach out so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon receiving your coffee delivery, please check the packaging for any signs of damage or quality issues that may have occurred during transit.
Contact Support
If you are unsatisfied with your order, email our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Submit Documentation
For items damaged during shipping, please provide a clear photograph of the product and packaging to help us process your replacement as quickly as possible.
Receive Resolution
Once your request is approved, we will issue a replacement shipment or a refund in the form of store credit to be used on your next world-class coffee experience.
