How does the coffee subscription work?
Each month, we curate a selection of premium single-origin coffees from a new country. You choose your roast preference and delivery frequency, and we handle the rest, including brewing tips and flavor profiles.
Is the coffee freshly roasted?
Yes, we roast our beans to order in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting.
Can I skip a shipment or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your account. You can skip a month, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time through your member dashboard without any hidden fees.
Where do you ship and what are the costs?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
What is your return policy for food items?
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?
We offer both! You can select whole bean for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes tailored for drip, espresso, or French press brewing methods.
